Snow Day, Sew Day!!!!

Spring should be springing, but no, we are supposed to get 10" or more inches of snow today. My father always said that some of the worst snow storms happen in March. The best part, a day off and time to sew.

Sew this is what I accomplished this week.

I finished my casserole carrier, pretty happy with it.

I created some samples for the RMQG QAYG demonstration that I was supposed to do tonight, but it's been cancelled :(

I finished the top of my Pantone Quilt 2014

Now I need to get back to sewing!!!!

Here are this week's stats:

  1. It snowed briefly here last night, but the day before was 77 and sunny! I'm definitely not missing Ithaca's version of March. :) I'm in love with your Pantone quilt top! It's so unique--how large is it?

  2. I love your Pantone quilt top! The sharp contrast between the white and orchid gives it such a striking geometric vibe. And the casserole carrier is fun too.
